Going Rogue is the third book in the Cursed Ravens MC series and I think it is my favorite so far. It’s no secret that I really didn’t like the previous book but wasn’t going to be deterred from one of my favorite authors because I wasn’t a fan of one of her books. I read Going Rogue in one sitting; from the beginning until the very end, I was intrigued with both Rogue and Zoe’s characters. The way they meet in a way puts a bit of a strain on their relationship as Zoe is one of the nurses taking care of Rogue’s mom.

Rogue and Zoe sort of circle each other’s orbits, you can feel the pull between them and you just wait until Zoe gives in to Rogue’s charms. I really liked his character, while he may have been a bit of a man whore in the past, when he commits, he commits and doesn’t stray. Zoe was a great balance to Rogue, she was his rock and he was hers. When something happens that rocks the foundation of their relationship, I wondered how both parties would be able to heal and if they would make it or not.

I hope we will be getting more books in this series because I can’t wait to read more. Chantal Fernando knows how to write MC romances and I am addicted to hers. This is one that needs to be on your TBR list for sure.

Going Rogue The Cursed Ravens MC Series Book 3 edition by Chantal Fernando Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews

Wow I love this series almost as much as the wind dragons series. I have also read other books by Chantal Fernando which are also great, but she has a talent for writing about MC bad boys.
Chantal did it again and i am so glad the Cursed Ravens are meeting all my expectations since I don't have the Wind Dragons anymore but i have to say i love the teases she has put in.
I love all these books. She can wrap you up in their stories and this one with rogue and Zoe is no different. I also liked how she tied all the clubs together.... can wait for another one
I really enjoyed this one. Rogue is such an intriguing character and I loved how he cared for his mother. Zoe seemed such a great match for him helping to smooth some of his rough edges. This is definitely a book I recommend.
When Rogue meets a nurse who happens to be taking care of his aging mother sparks fly. Zoe is everything he wants in a woman and more. But, when his mother asks her to help her pass on with dignity will Rogues be able to find it in himself to see the truth or will he lose the best thing that has ever happened to him?

I loved this book. Rogue is one of my all time favorite characters in this series.
I have read several books by the author and been impressed. This one not so much. There was no passion, angst to this book. Spoiler Alert While there was definitely sadness in regard to the hero’s mother, there was no other controversy, friction, etc., that held one’s attention. And the Epilogue was just abysmal. Typically, in an Epilogue, I would expect something about children or marriage, but while this addressed marriage, the only ones discussed were the MC guys, the heroine was not even there. The story, while the background includes the MC, is about the hero and heroine—the author seems to have forgotten that in the marriage Epilogue portion. Overall there were a lot of words but just not the passionate suspenseful story I was expecting.
Going Rogue was the third book in the Cursed Ravens MC series by Chantal Fernando.

Rogue was the gorgeous VP who was also the hidden musical talent within the MC. He and his two brothers were raised by their single mom. He was close to her but she was suffering from dimentia and didn’t even recognize him on some days. As a result, he had a heavy heart but he still visited her almost every day.

Zoe worked at the nursing home where Rogue’s mother lived. Anne was one of her favorite patients. She had heard about Anne’s gorgeous son but had never met him until they intersected in the parking lot one afternoon.

It was written from a single POV, Zoe’s. I loved both characters and couldn’t get enough. I also loved the supporting characters - both old and new. And Vanessa - OMG - she must have her own story. What a trip!

Although I loved the book, I desired more detail. Without Rogue’s POV, there were too many gaps within the MC storyline which made it confusing at times and I craved more information. Therefore, I rated it a 3.5; which rounded to a 4 on this review site.

I liked the overall storyline. Along with the relationship development, Fernando dove into the disease of dementia and the family impact. It was a tough subject but she portrayed it well.

All in all, it was a fairly quick read. It was also humorous, well written and entertaining. We still have a lot to look forward to with Shack, Shovel and Prez’s stories still to be told.
